A First for Abu Dhabi Maritime Academy

In a major step towards supporting remote learning, Abu Dhabi Maritime Academy successfully launched its first live cloud simulation utilising Wartsila’s newly developed simulation platform.

In line with the Academy’s continuous development of courses and delivery methods, the inclusion of this delivery method means that specialised simulation training can be supervised and carried out without the need of a physical simulator or specialised software, benefitting a new generation of maritime professionals by providing 24/7 access to coaching and assessment sessions regardless of their location.
